how to pay monetary tribute to shahid soldiers

hello ,my idea for giving tribute to our great soldiers is build an app website  based name it "BALIDAN" and website connected to it as www.balidan.com  . now connect the website/app with state government and to with central government. now if a soldier{ARMY, NAVY, BSF ,COAST GUARDS, POLICE , MILITARY } shahid on border or doing his duty in anywhere in India from Kashmir to kanyakumari , from kutch  to manipur , anywhere in India . app will have a updated database and details of the only soldiers who have lost his life in duty .the details will be provided by the bank sources as bank are having the financial details of the soldiers . after a soldier name is being press released that he is now shahid , bank will automatically check his financial details . it will take few minutes only ,bankers can do well as they have worked in demonetization ,this work is easy for them . we know they can do . once financial details    have been provided by bank , the bank will directly connect to the website www.balidan.com / app BALIDAN  ,the website will update his details on the front page similar as on app will flash on its screen . 

now the details of the brave soldier will be flashed {name,photo , location of posting , financial a/c} anyone visits to the website or using app will directly transfer the money . there are many gateways using those money can be transferred to anyone , say BHIM app . once money transferred from the person automatically the amount will be transmitted to the soldier's account as the donar is directly transferring the money to the soldier's account . there will not need of integration of many people as BANK , WEBSITE COMPANY , SOLDIER FAMILY  ,MEDIA  needed . media will promote the app and the website . the press release of army is very important . once provided ,then bank works and too the  app will be updated . simple way to help by monetary terms to the soldier family . 

funds can be generated  from advertisement like INMOBI or others are doing . the app or website will promote  the person/company  when anyone contact to the app . the amount OF CHARGING  for advertisement will be directly transferred to the soldiers account as no need to transfer to a different account first and then to soldiers as will not be good . daily adds will be shown in the website and app and the amount will be directly received in the soldiers ac . the amount will be fixed or may be discussed . 

soldier family will directly get    the amount with the app balidan to there family members financial ac if not for soldier is having . 

the amount will be public if possible at the end of the day .

my advice is this as managing funds is good but that fund is still in the books and not utilized for cause is not useful . the app may have separate fund like some organisations or govt are managing but that fund is actually still a fund not being given or utilized for cause  so what is the use of that fund ?? so i have thought to   directly transfer the money from donar to soldier .

for future if our financial systems servers becomes more powerful ,  a discount coupon can be generated if anyone uses cashless payment and using that coupon on eCommerce sites , the discount will be directly transferred to the bank account of soldiers relief fund  or bank account of soldier with the details printed on receipt of purchase product   as discount /transferred  TO SOLDIER . but this need time .
